	Indemnification: Eastco Multi Media Solutions Indemnification Agreement.
	Intellectual Property Rights: Complete this form to ensure that you are the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights of your content, or that you have properly licensed the use of your content from the owner.
	Project ID Form: The Master Project Identification Form allows us to process your order more timely and efficiently.
	Terms & Conditions: Terms and Conditions of doing business with Eastco.

Failure to properly and completely fill out all of these forms WILL result in DELAYS or completely PREVENT your project from proceeding.
